Yuasa AGM batteries are Maintenance Free, with no need to add water, but periodic charging required when not in use. Advanced lead-calcium technology – holds its specific gravity more than 3 times longer than conventional lead antimony batteries. Absorbed Glass Mat (AGM) separators absorb electrolyte making the battery nonspillable, the valve regulated design eliminates water loss and the need for refilling. Bottle Supplied (BS) – dry AGM batteries are shipped with the electrolyte stored in a plastic container and the battery is filled with electrolyte from the container by the end user when it’s ready to be activated.
